In order to attend the EALE conference, it is compulsory to become a member EALE. If you are not a member yet, you simply register at the non-member rates . The EALE membership includes an on-line subscription to Labour Economics. Furthermore EALE members can submit their papers to the journal for free (submission fee is 75 Euros for non-members). If you are not yet a member you can register as non-member and your membership will be activated. Alternatively you also can renew your membership for 3 years at a reduced rate. Registration of authors with an accepted paper
Please note that your paper will only be scheduled on our conference programme once your registration and payment for the conference is received. Deadline for registration for presenters is May 1.
Registration and payments to EALE
Payments can be made by our secured credit card payment system. We are accepting the following credit cards: VISA, American Express and Eurocard/Mastercard. Dutch citizen’s may use the iDEAL option. As soon as we have received your payment we will mail you a receipt.

Note: PhD students should send an electronic letter to firstname.lastname@example.org certifying their student status by the university or supervisor after completing their registration.
Note: Only 2017 members are entitled to pay the member conference fees. Check the member list to see if you are already a member for 2016. If not, you have to select the non-member fees. While selecting the non-member registrations fee you will become or renew your 2017 membership. Check the 2017 memberlist here.
Registered accompanying persons are allowed to participate in the welcome reception (Thursday) and the conference dinner (Saturday).
Guided City Tour
We plan to organize a guided city tour on Friday evening. This tour includes a visit to the Abbey Library of St. Gallen. The library at the Abbey is one of the richest medieval libraries in the world. Since 1983 the whole remaining abbey precinct has been a UNESCO World Heritage site.
This tour is optional. The costs of this city tour are not included to the conference registration fee and will be CHF 20 per person. Your participation ticket can be purchased at the registration desk during the conference. If you are interested in joining this tour, please indicate this already during your registration.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration before August 20, 2017: 50% refund of registration fee (excluding the membership fee). Cancellation of registration on or after August 20, 2017: 0% refund of registration fee.
Registration is only possible through the online registration form (see link below). This registration form allows you to register for the conference and arrange payment of the conference fee. Please arrange your own hotel booking.
